INGREDIENTS:
oil - for popping & pouring
organic corn brewer's yeast
cumin
toasted sesame seeds black pepper
sea salt
garlic powder
tamari/soy sauce
.a desire to get very sticky!
Gently heat oil in the biggest pan (with a tight fitting lid) you
can find. Pour in corn and shake pan often as it "pops!" Meanwhile,
heat more oil to pour over popped corn. Take corn off heat when
there are no more "pops!" Pour heated oil over cooked corn. Smother
with lashings of brewer's yeast, cumin, garlic powder, etc. Experiment
to suit your taste. Share with those you Love. Lick each other's
fingers!
[Brewers yeast is very nutritional, and particularly great for
vegetarians and vegans as it is rich in the B vitamins, amino acids,
minerals and a great protein source.]
